As a founding member, Katrina helps operate a custom landscape design company — giving her a perspective from the owner's seat as well as the broker's. She understands what it means to build something from the ground up, face the daily grind of ownership, and to make decisions supporting growth and a future exit. That experience helps her to not just be a broker — but a trusted advocate.
An Arizona native, Katrina left the desert to live fully — surfing on the West coast, snowboarding in the mountains, and living in the Pacific Northwest before returning home to raise her family. That life across industries and landscapes gave her a rare fluency in how different businesses operate, what makes them thrive, and what buyers are really looking for beneath the numbers.
With 20+ years of professional business experience spanning healthcare, multi-site locations, trades, food & beverage, and B2B, Katrina brings deep multi-industry expertise to every deal. She holds a United States Patent — a testament to her entrepreneurial instincts and innovative thinking — and has served on the Board of Directors for Imagine Housing in Washington State, a non-profit providing subsidized housing for individuals in financial distress.
